Alia’s skincare regimen is pretty simple. She makes sure that she consumes a lot of water to keep her body hydrated which leaves her skin soft and supple. She allows her skin to breathe by opting to go makeup-free when she is not working. She does not step out in the sun without wearing sunscreen. She also drinks 3.5 liters of water in a day to detoxify her body and feel fresh.
Alia is someone who believes in pampering her skin with all things homely and natural. She believes that drinking lots of water helps one have a glowing skin. Also, she lets her skin breathe by making sure she removes make-up when she is at home or not working. She applies the likes of multani mitti and raw milk on her face instead of beauty creams. 

Alia Bhatt Fitness Tips :-




  • Exercise daily at least for 30-45 minutes in a day.
  • Do not forget doing cardio: Alia believes in burning those extra calories to shed those extra pounds from the body. She suggests to do cardiovascular exercises in the workout regime.
  • She also adds “try doing some weight lifting, it will help your muscles to grow.
  • Drink small amounts of amount between your workout session. This will make you feel hydrated and it boosts up the energy levels of the body, resulting in an increase in stamina.
  • Do yoga for 2 days in a week: Yoga increase flexibility and it also tones up the body. It reduces stress and aids many diseases.
  • Try doing Squads and lunges: Lunges helps in toning and strengthening the legs. On the other hand, Squads helps in making your back strong. These exercises are quite hard for beginners to perform. But you’re trained into it. It will become really easy.
  • Meditation: she highly recommends doing meditation, especially to those who have lots of stress and tensions in life. As it makes her feel positive and happy in all situations.

Diet Tip :-



Breakfast :-
She intakes an egg white sandwich, omelette, or a bowl full of steamed Poha and a chicken breast.
In Her Mid Time Snacks :-
She eats a single fruit like papaya, apple, orange and other nutritious as well as juicy fruits.
Lunch Time :- 
She intakes a bowl of boiled vegetable, Dali, 2 chapatis (without oil and butter) and some skimmed curd whenever feels like.
Evening Time :- 
In her tea time, she drinks a cup of black coffee without sugar.
At Dinner :- 
She eats one seasonal veg, roasted Fish or chicken, 1 chapati along with one small bowl of rice.

We all have seen how Alia is crazy about trying new hairdos all the time. She has thick luscious locks and she never stops experimenting with them. But to keep them strong and healthy she washes her hair once every two days and when she is not working then she washes her hair once every three days. She makes it a point to stay away from any kind of hair products if she is not working. She believes in giving her hair a break from all the hair-styling tools and products.

Because, like belly fat, love handles (the extra flab right above your hip bone or on the sides of your waist) are like a clingy lover… err…fat. They pose serious health risks and are very difficult to get rid of. Here i came up with some easy tips & diet by following them you will get the perfect shape.

Even though getting rid of love handles is really tough, getting them in the first place is pretty easy. You consume more calories than you burn and store the excess calories in the form of fat. And since consuming fried, sugary, and high-sodium foods increases the stress levels in your body, it directs the fat storage toward your belly and waist region. As a result, you start accumulating fat in the belly and the sides of your waist. So, it is clear that you have to make some necessary changes in your diet and lifestyle to manage your love handle problem effectively.


Get Rid Of Sugar :-


Yup! If you want to get rid of the unwanted flab on the sides of your waist, you must give up all sugary foods and refined sugar. Your sugar-free diet can help you get rid of a chunk of fat without even hitting the gym or doing any at-home workout.
