- Take 1 cup of uncooked rice in a bowl and wash the rice thoroughly and drain the water.

- Now add 4 to 6 teaspoon of "extra virgin apple cider vinegar" to the bowl of rice water and if you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can add 4 to 6 teaspoon of lemon juice to the rice water.
