Stretch marks are the visible lines on the skin surface with an off color. Stretch marks are usually found on the abdominal wall but they may also occurs over the thy, upper arms, buttocks & breast. Some times stretch marks can also cover the large areas of the body.

- Pregnancy is the main cause of stretch marks, apart from that a rapid gain or loss of weight is also a reason for stretch marks.
- Rapid growth, Heredity factors.
- Stress & changes in physical condition may also contribute to this condition.
How are some simple home remedies to get rid of your Stretch Marks :-
Potato
- Take a medium size potato & cut into slices.
- Now take 1 slice & gently rub on affected area.
- ( Make sure that the juice from the potato covers the entire effected area )
- Allow this juice to dry up & wash it with lukewarm water.
Sugar
- Mix 1 tbsp raw sugar with a small amount of almond oil & a few drops of lime juice in it.
- Now mix all the ingredients really well.
- Now apply this mixture onto the affected area.
- After applying it on gently rub for at-least 10 minutes before taking a shower everyday.
- Do this for a month & watch your stretch marks become lighter.
