  • Use the cold setting on the blow-dryer while drying hair.
  • Air conditioning can cause severe damage to your skin, thus moisturize your skin, consistently even at your work place & keep hydrating yourself.
  • You don't need to get into cleanser toner & moisturizer routine in winter you can actually avoid toner, if they are not alcohol based.
  • Just use the cleanser & that's it you are good for the day Moisturizer & sunscreen because toner tend to rip of all the moisturizer from your skin & make it dryer.
  • Simple pedicure to pamper your dry feet.
  • Soak your feet in warm water for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add a little oil to the water.
  • Take a loofah & remove the dead skin from the heel.
  • After then apply a thick moisturizer on your feet.
  • Lastly wear socks, this helps to trap the moisturize & keep the feet hydrated for a longer time.
  • Do this same for your hands as well.

  • Drink 6-7 glasses of water in a day because water helps to keep the skin hydrated.
  • Coming to diet you can eat a lot of flax seed, dry fruit like almonds, walnut, cashew & raisins. (They help to keep the skin healthy & glowing in winter)
